The leading platform for federal sentencing analytics and research, SentencingStats.com has made an announcement regarding the appointment of Nancy Gertner to its Advisory Board. In addition, Nancy is a former U.S. District Judge and currently working as a Professor at Harvard Law School.
Being known as an influential jurist and advocate for criminal justice reform, Nancy has served as a Judge at United States District Court District of Massachusetts for more than 17 years i.e., from April 1994 to August 2011. She has also worked with Resolutions LLC as mediator/arbitrator for nearly 14 years while also being associated with Harvard Law School from 2011. She is a Doctor of Law (JD) holder from Yale Law School, having a background in MA, Political Science from Yale University. She is a seasoned leader with expertise in civil rights, women's rights, and criminal justice, known for her progressive judicial approach.
