In a move to bolster its leadership and industry expertise, Rhumbix, a Field and Workforce Management Software built for construction company, welcomes Jigisha Desai to its Board of Directors as an independent director. Jigisha is a seasoned finance and operations executive with extensive experience in construction and infrastructure. She brings valuable insights that will further the organization’s leadership and support its mission to advance workforce management solutions for construction industry.

Jigisha brings over 25 years of experience driving strategic transformation across major organizations. Her leadership approach has been central to enhancing financial performance, executing M&A strategies and accelerating digital adoption to elevate enterprise intelligence and governance. In her most recent role as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial & Strategy Officer at Granite Construction, she played a critical role in shaping strategy and advancing operational efficiency.

She continues to extend her influence through active board participation. She is a member of the Board of Directors at Tutor Perini Corporation (NYSE: TPC), where she plays an integral role on the audit, nomination, and governance committees. In February 2024, she joined Board of Central States Manufacturing, an employee-owned leader in metal building components, roofing systems, and structural solutions.

She holds degree in accounting and finance, is a Certified Treasury Professional. She has successfully completed leadership and board governance programs through Harvard Business School and the DCRO Risk Governance Institute.
