Female Founders Institute (FFI), a pioneering organization dedicated to educating and inspiring women entrepreneurs through mentorship, education, and community, has entered into a strategic alliance with The Inca Way, a leadership and empowerment platform that marries ancient wisdom with contemporary business practices.
The partnership is set to reshape the future for women entrepreneurs. By merging FFI’s robust network of female business leaders with The Inca Way’s holistic approach to personal and professional growth, the collaboration will offer powerful, well-rounded support to women aiming to build and scale their ventures.
Founded by Rose Vitale, the FFI is dedicated to empowering women to start and grow businesses with practical tools, access to funding, and expert guidance. With this new partnership, FFI expands its presence through The Inca Way, established by Elena Radford, an Andean shaman respected for empowering people with ancient energy techniques, self-knowledge, and purposeful tools.
"This partnership is a game-changer for women in business," Rose stated. Both organizations' members will have access to special workshops, masterminds, and coaching programs designed to improve leadership capabilities and business strategy. The partnership will also address persistent funding issues for female-founded startups, aiming to eliminate the gender gap in capital access.
"The Inca Way is about connecting inner purpose with outer success," Radford explained. "Partnering with FFI enables us to take that impact further and support more women to run empowered, purpose-driven businesses." FFI and The Inca Way are collaborating to create a distinctive ecosystem for women entrepreneurs—an ecosystem that supports both business development and personal growth.
