  • Promoted to Commercial Director is Christina Voss after seven years with the company
  • Gemma Crisp joins as Head of Audience Growth with mandates of ramping up engagement and expansion

Broadsheet makes two significant leadership changes: Christina Voss is now Commercial Director, while Gemma Crisp assumes the position of Head of Audience Growth.  After an enduring tenure of seven years at Broadsheet, Christina (Chrissy) Voss is elevated to the newly created position of Commercial Director.

Broadsheet has announced two vital leadership appointments, Christina Voss being promoted to Commercial Director, while Gemma Crisp joins as the Head of Audience Growth. Christina assumes the role of Commercial Director after seven years’ service with Broadsheet. Prior to this, she had held senior commercial roles such as the National Sales Director and, most recently, the National Studio & Strategy Director. In her new capacity as Commercial Director, she will manage the areas of sales, studio, design, and marketing under the supervision of Managing Director Sian Whitaker.

There is not a more uplifting statement to utter "our future is bright in business, and I cannot think of any success; otherwise, it will be that Chrissy has played quite an important role in the success of our organization, and more to himself has been given the opportunity to build his career at Broadsheet. With the breadth of experience she has across all areas of our commercial operations, combined with her deep passion for our brand and partners, she is the perfect person to lead our next phase of growth," declared Sian.

“I am now excited and ready for that next stage in my career. Time for me to take on the challenge of Commercial Director," Christina said about bringing on new roles and responsibilities in the commercial team after taking somewhat of a hiatus from work to have children.

Speaking to her duration of stay at the company, she said, "In seven years, I have recorded enormous growth, and I really believe that we now stand more robust than ever to continue the job of delivering success in the future." She continued, "I look forward to working with our team and partners as we keep up this momentum in seeking new opportunities."

Other appointments include Gemma, who now becomes the Head of Audience Growth in Broadsheet. She has returned from London, where she served at Stylist UK and Hearst UK in senior audience growth roles. Gemma will be running the social, video, and newsletter teams as she aims towards contributing to growing Broadsheet's audience and enhancing interaction throughout its channels. She is expected to work closely with editorial and commercial teams to define content and distribution strategies. She reports to recently returned parental leave Editorial Director Katya Wachtel
