Bank of Africa Tanzania continues to empower women-led enterprises by promoting an inclusive financial ecosystem for all entrepreneurs.  It envisions to drive change by creating an inclusive landscape and equipping women leaders with the tools to thrive in business. Held under the theme ‘Unstoppable Women,’ this year’s summit underscores the power of supporting women in driving meaningful change.

Speaking at the Accelerate Women Summit 2025 in Dar es Salaam, Esther Cecil Maruma, Managing Director of Bank of Africa Tanzania, highlighted the bank’s dedication to empowering women entrepreneurs. She underscored the bank’s dedication to support women entrepreneurs who drive innovation, create jobs, and strengthen economic resilience.
